In this team version you are able to determine in what way you and your colleagues agree about the preferred style of the organization; about the way to prioritize, organize and the way to take decisions. By means of this team alignment tool you will get informed about differences and similarities.
What does it do?
The output of the team-assessment shows the group profile of the team in relation to the preferred style and it indicates how individual members of the team are aligned around this group profile. What is the diversity and where does the team agree on.

How does it work?
Fill in a team-id and distribute the id amongst other team members. Automatically, for each test the response will be saved under this team-id. After the test has been executed by more than two team member the results will be presented.
