How to Manage all those specialists?

Companies these days are dealing with many disciplines and with an increasing number of specialists. As a manager it is nearly impossible to dominate every discipline. But it is even not wanted, the specialist know what they are doing. It is your task a s a manager to manage the overall goal of the team or organization, without interfering (too much) with the content.

How business architecture can help the manager

In our vision a manager should know some basics about business architecture. Business architecture is more than an overview of your business, although it starts there. It gives insight in the most elementary parts of the business. By using some simple architectural concepts it is possible to analyze the main characteristics of your company's process.
