Online Team Assessments -

In the team assessment teams and managers are able to determine in what way the productivity of the team-members is distributed. The individual team member is informed about his own contribution and an overall analysis is focused on the team outcome (differences and similarities). The bases of the assessment can be: productivity & style (default) or corporate values.
What does it do?The output of the team-assessment shows the group profile of the team in relation to the preferred style & productivity or values and it indicates how individual members of the team are aligned around this group profile. Showing diversity and similarities. It delives a report covering the profile of the team results:

How does it work? Fill in a team-id and distribute the id amongst other team members. Automatically, for each test the response will be saved under this team-id. After the test has been executed by more than two team member the results will be presented.
