When starting Astor White I have been inspired by Myers-Briggs
and especially by the differentiation that was offered by the Color
Q model. It matched the idea of style as in Architecture, even though color
Q mentions this as personal preferences ...
With time and more dedicated to changes processes the focus of
Astor White biased to (personal) productivity. This is what I think is
what is the basis of what we do - trying to be productive. And style will
follow much of the productive role people exercise. A lawyer will use a
different style than a engineer, but most of the differences between them
come from their productive roles ...
With this change of focus we have (just) eliminated all the
