We have defined some key aspects we value in our business: |
|
Global |
• Orientation |
Local |
|
 |
|
. |
|
The world is more and more global and solutions and best-practices are
found throughout the world and "this world is only 50 cm away from us".
We focus on the similarities and recurring patterns. Although companies
differ in culture, we think that the similarities are more important
than the differences. |

|
Theory |
• Approach |
Practical |
|
 |
|
. |
|
In business both theory and practice are important, but many times
there is a big gap between the two. We think that the bridge between
both is essential for success. Many things start with theory, but
practice needs to follow rapidly. The practice provides experience and
gives you feedback on the theory. In our approach we favor theory but
not without the practice. The experiment, so -
just do it; start and see where you end, obviously, not forgetting to
think on your way.
The link
with the theory we show in writing our approach down - in booklets or e-books, on
the site. We
have written down some ideas about architecture and the translation of
some architectural concepts to organizations
(see the
text). Currently we have finished a first complete versus about
business architecture and
(implications for) management. Our vision about change and
the pragmatics to manage change has been articulated in the e-book
change: "Why, What and How).
Not to be a finished document, but to be on the way, getting feedback
from our real-life projects. |

Multidisciplinary |
•
Cooperation |
Single disciplinary |
|
 |
|
. |
|
Combining the various disciplines is
common practice in current business. Also in online consultancy, we
embrace other approaches that are being used in companies. |

|
Vision |
•
Perception |
Opportunistic |
|
 |
|
. |
|
The opportunity in itself is not enough.
We see the added value in visions. Having a vision is not only about the
contents of your business or your strategy, but also about working
together and the maintenance of relations. |
|
. |
|
Innovation |
• Method |
Tradition |
|
 |
|
. |
|
Innovation is doing things in new ways.
Technology is helping us in that. Especially in consulting business it
can be profitable for both parties. Besides, when talking about
'change', innovation will be part of it, most times. |
