Two mayor changes took place in this organization. The
first had to do with the expansion of the investment portfolio and
the introduction of trading securities via the stock exchange (rather than
only via a so called giro* system). The second change come with introducing new sales channels,
especially internet (e-commerce).
- Both case meant solving legacy
issues.
- The impact of both changes were enterprise wide, so
special effort was needed to manage the coherence
with all the various domains within the overall organization.
- We came up with making explicit old and new
principles that guided the change process.
