The
type of organization
assessment:

Absolute measure: Shows a snapshot
of your organizational style. This is an absolute measure without being compared
with a benchmark.

Benchmark: In this case your
scores will be compared with the previously set benchmark (strategic choices).
In both cases you could select the
questions focused on a specific business issue you are dealing with.
